Hi, my name is Jodi and I work fulltime, have a great family, take online courses, and run my teenage daughter all over the place. So as most everyone else - I am extremely busy. I have always held a great interest in the fitness field and for the past twenty years I have taught aerobics on and off (a lot of the time more off than on) but have always avoided incorporating strength training in my routine. I have found over the past year that strength training is essential to achieve the results that you want. BEACHBODY realizes how important it is to include this aspect and whether it be the weight of your body or with additional weights you will see and feel the difference. As your coach, I am committed to help you along the way and to offer encouragement, suggestions and input on your plan of attack.

Each person has a turning point in their life that makes them reevaluate their goals. If you have made the decision that now is the time to work on you, I am ready to help. It takes commitment, willingness to take chances by starting or changing your current workout and of course to have fun. Together we can find the answers that work for you and build your path to success and a few months down the road when you glance back into the rearview mirror you won't believe the changes. You will be stronger and more self confident in everything that you do - both mentally and physically. You can achieve whatever you put your mind, heart and soul to and if you make the commitment - it's awesome! It's never too late to be what you might have been. I truly believe that.
